All products on this site are primarily pre-owned or used. We have an exceptionally high level of quality control with almost zero returns. We also have onsite a disc repair/resurfacing machine that restores any sub-standard products to "as-new" condition .Any products that do not meet our high standards are restored prior to shipping. We also replace any sub standard jewel cases with brand new ones prior to shipping.

All DVDs offered for sale on our site are Region 4 /PAL format [unless stated otherwise in the description]. We are happy to ship worldwide, but please ensure player compatibility as we only guarantee disc quality NOT player compatibility.
