7. Stock availability
Stock listed on this site is not live. Our database is updated several times daily , but occasionally items may be sold in our
store prior to uploading data and cause orders to be left incomplete. This rarely happens [we have a 98% fill rate] , however if you order an item that is unavailable you will be notified by email prior to processing. Please note that any dispatch estimates we give you are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
8. Customs
When ordering goods from Ten Seconds Down for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
